Who is responsible

What we collect

Only what you send us through the enquiry or call request form: name, company, email address, country, phone number if you give one, your preferred language, days and times, the topic and your message.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry or arrange a call.
• If an introduction goes ahead, to carry out the identity, sanctions and due diligence checks that apply to us and to the parties involved.

The basis is your consent when you submit the form, our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and legal obligations where they apply.

Who receives it

Our website host and form service, Netlify, Inc. (United States), and our email provider process the data on our behalf. We share your details with a third party, such as a licensed partner, only when you ask for an introduction or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after your last contact, longer where a legal obligation requires it.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies and loads no third-party fonts or scripts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Use the enquiry form and choose “Privacy request”. If you are in the EU, the UK or Switzerland you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
